About the event
Join Rebekah Brinkerhoff (@Sugar_brink) for a hands-on intermediate gingerbread decorating class where you’ll create a stunning 3D dimensional gingerbread house from scratch.
This class is designed for decorators ready to elevate their skills and expand beyond traditional cookie decorating. You’ll learn how to incorporate new techniques and mediums into your cookie decorating repertoire to create more detailed, dimensional, and polished designs.
Throughout the class, Rebekah will guide you through working with ginger clay, isomalt, and gum paste to add texture, dimension, and refined detail. You’ll gain hands-on experience layering elements, creating realistic finishes, and bringing your gingerbread house to life with a polished, professional look.
The day begins with lunch, followed by an immersive, two-part class experience with time to shop and connect in between sessions.
