This immersive cookie retreat in beautiful Heber Valley is designed for decorators looking to deepen their skills and connect with fellow creatives. Your experience includes a hands-on isomalt demo and an advanced gingerbread class taught by Rebekah of @sugar_brink, where she will share her techniques using two of her signature components—ginger clay, fondant, and chocolate (final selections to be announced). Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated retreat experience focused on learning, creativity, and community, with full class details and projects revealed closer to the event.

Breanna Lay (@macaronsbybreanna (https://www.instagram.com/macaronsbybreanna/)) is a macaron baker who was born, raised, and still currently lives in West Jordan, Utah. She is married and has three young kids, which means she does all of her baking early in the morning or late at night while they’re asleep. Breanna has always enjoyed eating macarons and heard how challenging macarons are to make. She decided to take on the challenge and figure out how to bake these finicky little cookies. She took a shift from cake decorating and started focusing on macarons. After many failed attempts and recipe searching, she was finally able to come out with a successful batch of cookies. She has baked thousands of macarons over the past 5 years for many special occasions and custom orders.
I'm the creator and the owner of Crowned Lily Events. I love being creative and active. I love running races, archery, floral design, volleyball, cake decorating, and much more. At a rifle match I commented about how the wildflowers would make a beautiful arrangement. My husband looked at me and said, "you're the only girl I know who can be whomping everyone at a shooting match and think about arranging flowers." When I'm not creating beautiful things, I enjoy spending time with my husband, reading books, attending kickboxing classes, watching movies, and much more. In 2008 I took a floral design class at Brigham Young University and fell in love. That class lead to Crowned Lily Events.

Blending her creative eye with years of design experience, Bailey captures natural, intentional moments for individuals and brands—and offers custom print and design services to bring every visual element together. Based in love and real life, Bailey is a wife, mom, and dog-lover who understands the beauty in everyday connection.
