Throughout class, we’ll explore moldable royal icing techniques, hand molding, royal icing transfers, textured rolling pin designs, and decorative cookie sewing spools to create cookies full of movement, texture, and luxury detail. You’ll learn how to sculpt flowing drapery, add intricate embossed patterns, and assemble layered decorative elements that transform cookies into edible works of art.
